What you get with the Saela service:
Many companies offer lower-quality services to attract people to buy. We care more about protecting you from pests long-term and will always provide a high-quality service at a great value that we back up with our Saela warranty 877-237-0828.
General Pests
Covers general pest threats inside and outside your home: common ants, cockroaches, spiders (including black widow, brown recluse, hobo, and wolf), wasps, hornets, yellow jackets, and seasonal occasional invaders.
Your specialist conducts a full inspection at each visit before treating — identifying active threats and entry points, then applying targeted products to the interior and exterior.
Service runs bimonthly (every other month). Treatment areas are chosen from what the specialist finds at each visit, not a fixed checklist. Products include liquid residuals, baits, and dusts. Treated surfaces should be avoided until dry, typically within 2 hours.
Mosquito plans
Covers adult mosquitoes (all species), ticks, fleas, and spiders in your outdoor areas. Exterior only, monthly April through September.
Your specialist uses a mist blower on vegetation, landscaping perimeters, shaded areas, and fence lines, plus the resting and harborage zones where mosquitoes and ticks are most active.
Flowering plants, fruit trees, and water sources (ponds, birdbaths) are never treated. People and pets should stay off treated areas until dry, typically within 2 hours.
Rodents inside & outside
Covers rodent infestations needing full-property resolution: mouse activity beyond the garage and one room, or active rat presence. Includes interior, exterior, and attic/crawlspace (requires 3+ ft clearance).
Your specialist inspects, then places targeted traps and stations throughout active zones. Exclusion on up to 3 entry points is included, along with removal of deceased rodents and dropping cleanup on hard surfaces.
Carries a 30-day warranty on disclosed nesting sites. All equipment is tamper-resistant, and your specialist walks you through every placement.
Termites
Treated only after an extensive on-site inspection. Initial service includes a full interior and exterior inspection for active termite activity, conducive conditions, and structural vulnerabilities, plus installation of Trelona bait stations around the structure.
Ongoing service includes one re-inspection per year to check bait-station integrity and new activity, with one annual full inspection included.
A 365-day warranty covers re-treatment of active termite activity found within the warranty period. Requires licensed Wood-Destroying Organism specialists; treatment areas are restored before the visit closes.
Fire Ant treatment
Covers imported fire ants (Solenopsis spp.) in turfgrass and landscape beds; bundles with a protection program. Does not cover other ant species.
Your specialist inspects for active mounds and trails, then applies a broadcast granular treatment across turfgrass and landscape beds. Service typically takes 15–30 minutes.
Manufacturer-guaranteed to control fire ants for 12 months after application. By law, TopChoice may be applied only once per 365-day period; a different protocol is used for any interim callbacks.
Mole control
Covers Eastern, Townsend’s, and Coast moles in turf and finished landscape areas; bundles with the Protection Program. Treats moles only — not voles, gophers, or other burrowing rodents.
Your specialist surveys for active tunnels and places mechanical traps directly into active runs, each flagged with a marker. Initial service includes 2 follow-up visits within 7 days, plus a final tear-down.
Pricing is based on the number of active mole areas — each mole operates independently. Traps are mechanical, with limited bait or chemical application.
Meadow vole control
Covers meadow voles in lawn, turf, and landscape bed areas; bundles with the Protection Program. Targets voles specifically — not moles, gophers, or other burrowing animals.
Tamper-resistant bait stations are staked directly into active runway systems found during inspection, with additional stations based on property size and activity. Stations are checked and serviced on a recurring schedule.
Peak vole damage runs late summer through winter and is most visible in spring after snow melts, so this program runs year-round as both prevention and active control.
Bed bugs
Covers bed bugs throughout your home’s sleeping and living areas.
Your specialist inspects the mattress, bed frame, headboard, nightstands, and other harborage, then applies targeted treatment to the bed frame, baseboards, behind the headboard, under nightstands, and mattress surfaces.
90-day warranty with one follow-up included. Pets and children must stay out of treated rooms during service (4 hours) and until dry, and you must be home for each visit. If activity continues within the warranty period, we return to re-treat at no charge.
Certified Home Inspection
Every Saela program begins with a certified home inspection — a 50+ point check of entry points, nesting sites, structural gaps, attics, basements, and outdoor structures before any treatment.
It is how your board-certified entomologist designs a plan calibrated to the pests in your specific home, rather than a generic spray schedule.
